Frank seems a ubiquitous face here at MBFD but it's hard to believe it's almost a year since we last spoke to him and we we were amazed how his body is expanding as he pushes himself in the world of bodybuilding. We caught up with him at his new local gym and got a glimpse of his daily life working-out with his mates. We were really pleased to hear that Frank is now reunited with his wife after a temporary and painful glitch and he is quite happy to live a modest lifestyle to maintain his role as house hubby, doing the school run and being there for his beloved offspring. Family life is therefore complete again (even his dogs have had puppies) and it also means he has just enough spare time during the day to keep up his intense training. Readers who have asked for big Frank to stop shaving his groin will be pleased to know he has done exactly that for this photo-shoot (just) and his wife has even applied a rather effective fake tan (body builders do this alot) so all in all we have a new look Frank: bigger, browner and a little tiny bit more hirsute.
